I will share my 30 + years of experience as an International Celebrity Fitness Expert.   Teaching Aerobics & developing Instructors (was my original career before going back to dancing in 1993).  

You will learn fun salsa styling footwork, syncopations, body rolls w/increased body movement & better lines. Technique for arm & hand movement and hip movement, more body movement isolations, rhythm & musicality.  I will even give you SEXY moves that I have adapted from pole dancing... all on the "go".  Prepare to sweat up a storm, as I will use my specialty "non-stop method" which means very cardio..sweat..work out and use it in your club dancing while following your man.

The second hour :
The Dancer Technical hour

I have taken elements from Ballet, Pilates Training, Argentine Tango, even from Pole dancing, & Yoga to create this AMAZING concept. 
You will build chore strength and balance. 
Your turning technique, spins & spotting will improve for your solo and partnering work. This applies to your right turns, cross body lead turns and more..

I believe, you will get the most benefit by doing this
"ALL LADIES" series with the 8 weeks commitment.  Here we bond as ladies, as dancers, and we encourage one another to do our best through a whole lot of "muscle repetition" Muscles memorize the movements better than our heads sometimes....
