Price:
Option 1
$300.00 for one hour. This hour includes "dressing up to be strippers among friends" while sipping on some wine. The other option is that the party would get there "already dressed up". You also get the entertainment, the instruction, 5 poles, the red and yellow sexy candle lighting, the ambience and the Wine to unwind and the studio fee. After class and within the hour time you can take pictures in the room with the poles. The party needs to start and finish on time, as sometimes I have booking back to back.
Option 2:
$400.00 for an hour and a half includes everything iin option one but it allows for more actual class time as well as a more relaxed set up as for the ladies in the party to spend time getting ready for class while dressing together, drinking some wine and also after class taking pictures
Option 3:
$500.00 for a two hour slot of class and the before and after all inclusive. Of course, this the most ideal as the class is now going to allow for at least an hour and a half of dancing, plus all the benefits of option one and two.

The Pole-Lap- Exotic Dancing Department will be taken over now by Tara from Simply Seductress as Kitty is no longer available at least for a while as she has other proyects in mind.
Tara is also an ex exotic dancer, and now has her own business teaching pole and lap dancing classes as well as seminars.
I will be back teaching along with Tara sometime in June and the reason I am not teaching now is because, now I am getting ready for my huge salsa show at the L.A Congress over Memorial Day weekend and with all the classes I teach....I have to save my stamina and energy for our salsa rehearsals. ol>
Tara will do the same class format we have been using, with its wonderful warm up, the floor naughty exercises, the wall, the mirror dancing and on each week, she will teach a different pole trick! That way if you come for 4 weeks in a row you will go home with 4 tricks at the end of the month.
We are also adding a 4 weeks series for those of you who have taken our Intro level class. Tara, will take you to the next level wherever you are....guaranteed!

A sexy & powerful workout for all levels! Any size, age, fitness level, any Thursday!...
This new weekly Pole Dancing "Intro level" class, is a great opportunity to come in and try this pole-lap dancing class. This is a fun, liberating, empowering and sexy workout! Tara, will teach you how to do it all! and... as a fitness expert, she will show you how to modify the exercises to fit each of your fitness levels (strength-flexibility) needs.
We start the class with a nice relaxing warm up, in which we learn all the moves that strippers do on the floor when they dismount the pole. This part of the class is very well formatted as a warm up because we do intersperse movements that both require strength and flexibility..while you learn a part of your dancing routine.
Then we learn how to walk on our fabulous high heels and we start the actual routine using the ballet bar, then we go to the moves against the wall and then we gear toward the pole and the tricks! Here with the pole you will learn a few simple tricks. For those that feel so compelled...we can choose to also learn the art of giving our significant other a lap dance as part of your routine. The lap dancing is completely optional and we usually end up with two groups. One that includes the lap dance and the other that chooses to just practice the "routine". Everybody happy in their comfort zone!
Everyone should try this class at least once! It is an exploration, an adventure, a good thing for us the ladies! It is worth your time! and it will open you up in ways that I will tell you in class! Our pole dance classes are still only $45/class for 2 hours of fun and sexy dancing with a bunch of women that are being open and willing to explore all aspects or their sexy and erotic side. Is women with women among women...and we all felt the same way that first time. So, no worries, Isabelle will guide you gently into your most fun and expressive you.
