I came up with a great idea for our POLE PRACTICE JAM TIME.
SO, please KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN:
I will be scheduling Saturday afternoons Pole Practice jam sessions, between or after my Bachelorette Parties.
I will set up the Poles and the ambience. You will only pay $20.00 as a rental fee for the room and poles for at least an hour time practice. .
Clean up your moves and practice working alone on the pole with distractions around and staying focus on your performance....
All you have to do is show up with $20.00 cash when I announce the time....EASY. Only one requirement: You must have taken our classes as I won't be teaching, just practicing.

This 4 weeks series, will give you the wonderful opportunity to learn with the same set of ladies friends, that you will meet there, and together grow in your new set of skills.
We are making the Pre-Registration rule very strict. This 4 weeks course is a SEMI-PRIVATE class set up. We will sell out at 10 Ladies and when that happens I will post it on the website
We want to attract ladies who are committed to being there for 4 Saturdays in a row, and that would probably want to move on together to level 2-3-4

IF we don't meet the 4 students minimum quota, (which happens in rare occasions), I will email you to let you know, and ask you if you rather transfer your registration fee to the following week or if you prefer a refund.

A sexy & powerful workout for all levels. Any size, age, fitness level,...
This new weekly Pole Dancing "Thursday" class, is a great opportunity to come in and try this pole dancing class. This is a fun, liberating, empowering and sexy workout! Isabelle will teach you how to do it all! and... as a fitness expert, she will show you how to modify the exercises to fit each of your fitness levels (strength-flexibility) needs.
We start the class with a nice relaxing warm up, in which we learn all the moves that strippers do on the floor when they dismount the pole. This part of the class is very well formatted as a warm up because we do intersperse movements that both require strength and flexibility while you learn a part of your dancing routine.
Then we learn how to walk on our fabulous high heels and we start the actual routine using the ballet bar, then we go to the moves against the wall and then we gear toward the pole and the tricks! Here with the pole you will learn a few simple tricks. For those that feel so compelled...we can choose to also learn the art of giving our significant other a lap dance as part of your routine. The lap dancing is completely optional and we usually end up with two groups. One that includes the lap dance and the other that chooses to just practice the "routine". Everybody happy in their comfort zone.

The Pole Dancing Instructor Training with Isabelle, will be starting the first week of June
Congratulations to Angela, My first Instructor trainee for Pole Dancing. Angela is now ready to teach and she will start her class at the Academy on Saturdays from 12pm-2pm for beginners. The Instructor training program will be held on Thursdays from 7 to 9:00pm with Isabelle.
The trainees will focus on learning how to break down the moves that they are doing for the sake of teaching them in the future.
The 4 week program is $250.00 paid in advanced in my website under pole dancing page.
The duration of the training will be very subjective to each trainees ability to learn the moves and the actual teaching. For this reason, we will do blocks of 4 weeks at a time, to asses each individual's progress and their learning curve.
You can purchase 4 meetings ot Instructor Training for $250.00. Each trainee and I will decide on an individual basis, how many extra meetings are necessary to feel ready to teach. My point being is to offer a lot of flexibility with the amount of weeks each person will need to be ready.
You will be ready when you can teach a class all by yourself with real class students and me observing.
Once we have a small group of trainees, we will find a time when you can all meet and for a very small additional fee of studio rental, you will have a study group time where you will practice on one another and within the group of trainees. The fee will be determined per hour of practice, divided into however many attendees. We will discuss this after our first meeting as this will be only optional.
I cannot guarantee work for all of you, but I do need a lot of help and those of you that I consider great at teaching will have a job at my studio.

I am currently looking for pole dancers and students, that want to train on "how to teach pole dancing" to work at my studio. If you are available Thursday nights from 7:00-9:00pm to go through my Instructor training program then, you could have a job for my classes and bachelorette parties. Think of this as a part time sexy work-out, paid position, after you graduate into an instructor..not bad.

This new weekly Pole Dancing "Thursday" class, is a great opportunity to come in and try this pole-lap dancing class. This is a fun, liberating, empowering and sexy workout! Isabelle will teach you how to do it all! and... as a fitness expert, she will show you how to modify the exercises to fit each of your fitness levels (strength-flexibility) needs.
We start the class with a nice relaxing warm up, in which we learn all the moves that strippers do on the floor when they dismount the pole. This part of the class is very well formatted as a warm up because we do intersperse movements that both require strength and flexibility while you learn a part of your dancing routine.
Then we learn how to walk on our fabulous high heels and we start the actual routine using the ballet bar, then we go to the moves against the wall and then we gear toward the pole and the tricks! Here with the pole you will learn a few simple tricks. For those that feel so compelled...we can choose to also learn the art of giving our significant other a lap dance as part of your routine. The lap dancing is completely optional and we usually end up with two groups. One that includes the lap dance and the other that chooses to just practice the "routine". Everybody happy in their comfort zone.
Everyone should try this class at least once! It is an exploration, an adventure, a good thing for us the ladies! It is worth your time! and it will open you up in ways that I will tell you in class. Our pole dance classes are still only $45/class for a 2 hours of fun and sexy dancing, with a small group of women that are being open and willing to explore all aspects or their sexy and erotic side. Is women with women among women...and we all felt the same way that first time. So, no worries, Isabelle will guide you gently into your most fun and expressive you. Thursday Nights...
Learn to teach and gain a great part time income
Pole Instructor Training available on July 17th & 24th. I plan to hold the instructor training at the same time I hold my regular pole dancing class. The trainees will focus on learning how to break down the moves that they are doing for the sake of teaching them in the future.
I have decided to do this training in a per week assignment, to adress the different trainees and the ability to learn and retain information. That way everyone can take as much time as they feel is appropiate.
Some of you may need more time to master the actual moves, and others may already be very talented and just need to learn the class format, and how to run a class, how to make students feel successful in their learning curve.
You can purchase 4 meetings ot instructor training to be used at your convenience for $250.00. Each trainee and I will decide on an individual basis, how many meeings are necessary to feel ready to teach. My point being is to offer a lot of flexibility with the amount of weeks each person will need to be ready.
You will be ready when you can teach a class all by yourself with real class students and me observing.
Once we have a small group of trainees, we will find a time when you can all meet and for a very small additional fee of studio rental, you will have a study group time where you will practice on one another and within the group of trainees. The fee will be determined per hour of practice, divided into however many attendees. We will discuss this after our first meeting as this will be only optional.
I cannot guarantee work for all of you, but I do need al lot of help and those of you that I consider great at teaching will have a job at my studio.

A sexy & powerful workout for all levels. Any size, age, fitness level,...
This new weekly Pole Dancing "Thursday" class, is a great opportunity to come in and try this pole-lap dancing class. This is a fun, liberating, empowering and sexy workout! Isabelle will teach you how to do it all! and... as a fitness expert, she will show you how to modify the exercises to fit each of your fitness levels (strength-flexibility) needs.
We start the class with a nice relaxing warm up, in which we learn all the moves that strippers do on the floor when they dismount the pole. This part of the class is very well formatted as a warm up because we do intersperse movements that both require strength and flexibility..while you learn a part of your dancing routine.
Then we learn how to walk on our fabulous high heels and we start the actual routine using the ballet bar, then we go to the moves against the wall and then we gear toward the pole and the tricks! Here with the pole you will learn a few simple tricks. For those that feel so compelled...we can choose to also learn the art of giving our significant other a lap dance as part of your routine. The lap dancing is completely optional and we usually end up with two groups. One that includes the lap dance and the other that chooses to just practice the "routine". Everybody happy in their comfort zone.
Everyone should try this class at least once! It is an exploration, an adventure, a good thing for us the ladies! It is worth your time! and it will open you up in ways that I will tell you in class. Our pole dance classes are still only $45/class for 2 hours of fun and sexy dancing with a bunch of women that are being open and willing to explore all aspects or their sexy and erotic side. Is women with women among women...and we all felt the same way that first time. So, no worries, Isabelle will guide you gently into your most fun and expressive you. up because we do intersperse
movements that both require
strength and flexibility..while
you learn a part of your
dancing routine.
Then we learn how to walk
on our fabulous high heels
and we start the actual
routine using the ballet
bar, then we go to the
moves against the wall
and then we gear toward
the pole and the tricks!
Here with the pole you
will learn a few simple
tricks. For those that
feel so compelled...we
can choose to also learn
the art of giving our significant
other a lap dance as part
of your routine. The lap
dancing is completely optional
and we usually end up with

at it for a month. This 4 weeks series, is
really a luxury as the classes are small
and you get a lot of attention from your
instructor as you improve week after week.

So...what is new inside the Pole-Lap- Exotic
Dancing Department at Isabelle's Dance Academy
in the year 2007? Check this out!
I figured out the best and most perfect situation
for my pole lap dancing class! after experimenting
for one year with your comments, desires, needs
and schedules.
I will be offering only one class a week for
the "Ladies only" on Thursdays from
7:00pm till 9:00pm. Every month, I will do
the same plan.
I will do the same format class with its wonderful
warm up, the floor naughty exercises, the wall,
the mirror dancing and on each week, I will
teach a different pole trick!
That way if you come for 4 weeks in a row you
will go home with 4 tricks at the end of the
month.
This new format and product, gives you the
advantage of a 4 weeks- series class, without
having to commit financially up
front. You will be able to sign up each week,
as you come and go and as you can make it.
If you want to guarantee yourself a spot for
the four weeks, then you could also pay for
the 4 classes up front. I will add that to
the PayPal option on the website.

for all levels! Any size, age, fitness level,

This new weekly Pole Dancing "Intro level" class,
is a great opportunity to come in and try
this pole-lap dancing class. This is a fun,
liberating, empowering and sexy workout!
Isabelle will teach you how to do it all!
and... as a fitness expert, she will show
you how to modify the exercises to fit each
of your fitness levels (strength-flexibility)
needs.
We start the class with a nice relaxing warm
up, in which we learn all the moves that strippers
do on the floor when they dismount the pole.
This part of the class is very well formatted
as a warm up because we do intersperse movements
that both require strength and flexibility..while
you learn a part of your dancing routine.
Then we learn how to walk on our fabulous high
heels and we start the actual routine using
the ballet bar, then we go to the moves against
the wall and then we gear toward the pole and
the tricks! Here with the pole you will learn
a few simple tricks. For those that feel so
compelled...we can choose to also learn the
art of giving our significant other a lap dance
as part of your routine. The lap dancing is
completely optional and we usually end up with
two groups. One that includes the lap dance
and the other that chooses to just practice
the "routine". Everybody happy in their comfort
zone!
Everyone should try this class at least
once! It is an exploration, an adventure,
a good thing for us the ladies! It is worth
your time! and it will open you up in ways
that I will tell you in class! Our pole dance
classes are still only $45/class for 2 hours
of fun and sexy dancing with a bunch of women
that are being open and willing to explore
all aspects or their sexy and erotic side.
Is women with women among women...and we
all felt the same way that first time. So,

into your most fun and expressive you. She
with the help of everyone in class, creates

an INTRO LEVEL, to Exotic/Lap dancing,
R rated class Henry and I, are
offering this couple's class as a couple.
We believe that the art of exotic dancing,
teasing and seduction, are great ingredients
to keep a relationship hot, sexy and lusty.
You have two options: 1) You can take a
PRIVATE lesson just for you and your significant
other with us, or 2) you can sign up for
the Saturday January 13th Class-date night
on our site. You choose and we will make
ourselves available to show you how to
have some sexy fun, adding some teasing
and dancing for your date!
The class will be very relaxed, intimate, and
sexy. I will demonstrate and dance for Henry
and then my lady students will practice the
same routine. You add your own take and personality
and dance for your own man.
Men keep asking me if they can come and volunteer
for this class of course! I say yes!... as
long as you come in with your own partner!
The guys have two options. You can choose to
be the recipient only and enjoy your wife's,
girlfriend's dancing or perhaps
you feel compelled in trying out some great
sexy and masculine moves yourself for her,
under Henry's direction! Why not? Fun! You
just learn to do some sexy moves for your lady
like the Chippendales! This is totally optional!
You don't even have to decide now! The guys
come in to watch and receive their ladies dance,
a glass of wine...and then...if you are in
the mood...you try...otherwise..we pass. Everybody
works with their own partner and it will be
R rated. No worries.
So many guys have shared with me that they
would really love to try this whole experience,
that I finally decided to make it available.
So Henry and I, we will take the lead, so that
you and your partner can learn how to do the
same and add your own take on it. Sexy fun!
Let's face it...teasing each other is half
the fun! When the ladies learn how to dance
sexy for their man, it is very empowering
for yourself and for the relationship Henry
and I have been really working up a great
routine to teach couples how to dance for
each other and tease each other with a great
lap dance.! Trust me people, it works!
This is what I think: It is the best way to
keep the fire going! Teasing enticing, provoking,
being playful and being fun. Voila! everybody
happy and then go out, finish out your Saturday
